Getting custom domain name for my small business website

My name is Vikas. I am a user of wordpress.org content management system for building a small business website of mine. I wanted to know whether I can get a custom domain name and SSL encryption connection for my small business website without having the necessity to upgrade to the premium version of siteorigin vantage theme of wordpress.org content management system? If so, how can I do it and how can I know more about it? What is the data storage space and bandwidth that I will get with the free plan of siteorigin vantage theme of wordpress.org content management system and how can I know more about it?
