Georgia smallcaps in menu

8 years ago · Last reply by mslast 8 years ago

Hello! Just installed SiteOrigin CSS and love the functionality. I’m stumped with my first customization, however: I’m attempting to make the nav menu at the top of lastclients.com/ws smallcaps. When I choose the smallcaps option it doesn’t change. When I try editing the css to the following myself, it doesn’t change either

.navbar-default .navbar-nav>li>a {
font-family: Georgia, serif;
font-variant: small-caps;
}

Your assistance in figuring out what I’m missing would be most appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi Ms last,

    Please ensure text-transform: uppercase; isn’t set on your menu items as that overrides small caps and enforces regular sized text. Try adding the following to the mentioned CSS:

    text-transform: none !important;

    That was it! Thank you very much Alex.
