Galleries not working

HI, I tried WP Canvas – Gallery and other Gallery plugins, they are not working.

I purchased the Vantage theme for my Portfolio, so adding Galleries to my site is the main thing I need!

What can you advice?

Also, I put my order number, which is 7CC26796TW928273T, to your form to get a Premium support and it sais it’s not valid.
