full-width masthead won’t work the same way across different browsers

Hi
I am working on my new built site at https://qghcmiendong.com
the full-with logo masthead working OK with Google Chrome and Opera,
but not expands to full-width when opening on Firefox or MS Explorer.

Would you mind to take a look and help me out?

    anyway I am Vantage Premium user

    Testing in OS X Firefox, the masthead seems to be formatting correctly. Have you made progress?
