Full Width Header/Full Width Banner

I’d like to make a full width header that has top and bottom borders like the URL attached. Is it possible to have the entire page broken up into rows with top and bottom borders like this where I can input any information I want into each row? Right now I can only seem to get a border that fits within a container that is not full width.

Is it also possible to have a full width banner (like the home page) on other pages?

    Also, I was only able to get a full width header by applying the default home pre-built layout.

    Hi Amitranan

    Am glad you making progress there :)

    To make rows full width, Go to desired page > Add a row > Click on the Edit row icon. From that window on the right there is a section labelled Row Styles. Click on Layout Option and select the Row Layout attribute as Full Width Stretched.
