Hello!
I want to build a web with a free theme. The special apperance is that the main page has to show the records from a database (four or five fields, all the records fitting in a page) and a button to select each one. And you can scroll as many pages as needed. Once you choose a record it’s open in a new page with the whole information and so on.
That’s not difficult for me in office applications, but almost impossible in web programming.
Any suggestion?

Unfortunately, I don’t know of a plugin that offers the functionality you’ve described. A theme could contain the functionality you’ve mentioned but it would need to be a custom developed theme. Ordinarily, functionality like the sort you’ve described would be contained in a plugin. This sounds like it might be best achieved as a custom development task. You could consider posting the task on http://codeable.io or https://www.upwork.com/ to get an idea of the developers available and how much such a job might cost.
I did a quick search for a suitable plugin now, I didn’t find any, that doesn’t mean they don’t exist though.
