    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Hanna

    Thanks for posting your question.

If there are updates for Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle at DashboardUpdates, please run those updates.

What widget is your shortcode inserted with?

    Hi Hanna

Thanks for the update. I’ll check our Spam filters for your next reply.

I’ve added a default Forminator form to a Custom HTML Widget using the provided shortcode, and the form loads. Please try confirming the issue as follows:

Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Forminator and SiteOrigin Page Builder. With only the two plugins activated, does the issue persist?

    Hi, I Work Here

Hi, thanks for the update. I’m glad to hear you’ve made progress. Deactivating and reactivating plugins doesn’t usually help. Perhaps the issue was resolved, and the old broken result was being cached; that might be what happened.

All the best with your site. If any queries or requests arise in the future, please let us know via a new thread.

    Cheers!

    Andrew
