form in footer….

I need to put a form in to the footer….before I even start i would like a suggestion if possible of the best form plugin/widget to use. My design can be seen on the site (its just a picture) and its not a standard simple form as its made into two columnes.

I’ve been using the page builder visual composer if that helps any

    I would suggest you try out Contact form 7 as your form plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
