Form button in menu

Hi,

I’m more or less a complete coding newbie – I understand enough to modify some code but do not really know exactly how it works.

Anyway, I want to add a sticky form button on my website at http://www.grantrans.si. I’ve managed to make a button that floats in the menu area, but at low enough resolutions (or if you zoom in enough), it overlaps with the menu items. Is there any way to actually add it to the menu? Or possibly style a regular menu link to look like it and open the fancybox containing the form?
