Footer widget spacing

Hello again, :)
I need help adjusting the spacing between the widgets in the footer.
I would like to decrease the space after the ultimate social media icons, and the heading widget (the line)
and
decrease the space between the top of the submit form widget and the bottom of the heading widget (sign up to be notified….)
Your help will be appreciated!

    Hi Carla

    Please try the following added to Appearance->Custom CSS

    #footer-widgets .so-panel {
    margin-bottom: 0px !important;
}

    Thank you for the reply. I added the code but it made no change :( I left the code in Custom CSS
