Fonction Date(‘h:i’) local incorrect with plugin “php code”

Hi,
In “php code” widget, i try to use php fonction Date(‘H:i’), but it return hour UTC and not the local hour.
I’m in France and i have 2 hours of GMT.
How can i do to have the true local hour in widget “php code”.
