Is there a tutorial for the Focus theme? I couldn’t find one anywhere.

    Hi Knickspree,

You can find the Focus documentation here. Let me know if this helps or you had any other questions.

How do I install the video plugin? It doesn’t appear anywhere in post/edit post like the tutorial states.

    Hi Knickspree,

If you don’t see the Video Metabox please navigate to the top of the post page and click the Screen Options button. Then you’ll be presented with a bunch of options. The only one relevant to you at this point is the Video checkbox in the Boxes settings group. Tick that and then scroll down to the bottom of the page. There should be a newly visible metabox labelled video that will allow you to install the plugin.

The video box doesn’t appear, also how do I install the Page builder plugin?

The Focus theme currently isn’t active as I’m just testing it out right now, that wouldn’t have any impact the video and page builder plugin in not appearing would it?

    Hi Knickspree,

Oh. Yeah, you’ll need to activate the theme to see that box.

To install SiteOrigin Page Builder please navigate to WP AdminPluginsAdd New and search for and install Page Builder by SiteOrigin.

OK, I’ve got Page Builder installed, but I’m getting this error when I click to install the video plugin:

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Knickspree,

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hi Knickspree,

That’s really odd. I know of a number of websites hosted on Hostagtor that aren’t having this issue. Hm. Let’s just manually install it. Please download the video plugin by clicking this link, then navigate to WP AdminPluginAdd New and upload and activate the plugin.
