focus premium- website became awefully slow

I have started this video based website using wordpress and focus premium theme
www.indiachatforum.net/viral
The website is extremely slow and takes forever to load the homepage
The navigation is very sluggish
Is there anything that can be done to speed up the site?
Please help

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Sluggish performance can be caused by a number of factors including issues related to hosting. Your site appears to take a long time to resolve. There is a big wait before the site starts to load. This would indicate an issue at a hosting level. Perhaps reach out to your hosting company and see if they can assist.

    For on site performance you can try a plugin like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/. However this won’t help the issue that’s occurring before the site starts loading.
