Focus Premium Theme – self-hosted videos are not playing :(

Hello,

The ability to play self-hosted videos used to work on this theme (it was one of the attributes that attracted me to it). I came to add a new video today and noticed that this feature is not working. YouTube and Vimeo hosted videos are still playing but not the self-hosted ones.

Please assist as this feature is significantly important to the site.
