Focus: How to Blur featured images

By selah, 9 years ago. Last reply by Andrew Misplon, 9 years ago.

Hi there!

Can you please tell me how to apply CSS blur filter to featured image? Can you also tell me what is the CSS command of featured image transparensy? And is there an option to make a video gallery like on Home page on another page? Thank you!

Don’t bother with first two questions, I’ve figured this out. Can you tell how to make a video gallery and how to change slider’s hover effect? Thank you!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi selah

    Thanks for running Focus.

Archive pages will format into a page of thumbs like the home page below the slider. Clicking on an archive link will take you to this page. You can use this link in the menu. Here is an example of that: http://demo.siteorigin.com/focus/category/uncategorized/.

You can find the Focus slider settings at Appearance > Theme Settings > Slider. There are unfortunately no transition options bundled with this slider. If you’d like to suggest this as a future feature you can do so here: https://siteorigin.com/suggest-feature/.

Thank you so much! Focus is truly a great theme, and I really like it. Ok I’ll suggest some features later.
