Flatsome theme: separating color variation from “add to cart” element?

So in flatsome theme color variation can only be seen if add to cart element is added but I have no use for it as I’m using image as my add to cart button. Now I need color variation and would like to delete all unnecessary elements as add to cart button (the small one), quantity counter, spacings.

What should I delete? Should I just start deleting stuff and see what works? I’m afraid I wont mess something up… And why don’t I see any code on the right?
