Fixed menu issue with page builder pages

Hi, so I found page builder. It done everything I had wanted it to do and is an amazing plugin for someone like me who is new to wordpress! Just as I was getting used to it I noticed a slight issue:

This is how the fixed menu bar of the site normally looks ^

This is the problem, with a page constructed with page builder the fixed menu bar seems to be underneath the page content. ^

Is there any way to fix this issue?

    This looks like a theme level CSS issue where Page Builder content is a level above the menu. Please send through a link to a demo page and I’ll see if I can help.
