First time using plugin – 504 Gateway Time-out

I’ve just activated the plugin, gone to the custom css page and clicked the eye icon. The customize sidebar opens but then my website will not load within it. The rest of my site I can access fine so it doesn’t seem like it’s a server error… (or could it be?)

    Hi, thanks for posting. Hopefully, you’ve made some progress. If not, perhaps check that at SettingsGeneral your WordPress and Site URL are the same. If one is https and the other is http, the preview pane won’t be able to load. If you find that isn’t the issue, please try a plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for SiteOrigin CSS, does the preview work?
