Features hover effect

I used custom css to do a hover effect on my features but cannot get the paper airplane icon to comply. It’s a different font (ionicon vs elegantline). My css is:

.page-id-1135 .sow-icon-elegantline:hover[style] {
color: #2ec4f3 !important;
}

and subbing “ionicons” for “elegantline” doesn’t seem to work.
