Featured Image Sizes Are All Different In Posts

Hi;
I’m wondering why my Featured Images are all different sizes when displayed in the grid/gallery (below the homepage slider). When I examine the pics in my media library they are all the same size. Help?

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
