Feature Widget icon image

Hi,
I am trying out the feature widget and I am having an issue with my icon image overlapping the container.
I have tried all the container shapes and various image sizes but always get a square image if the size is bigger than the container.
I am sure I am missing something.
Any advice would be appreciated.
