Just to say that i love Siteorigin and i base all my websites on your work… :)
One super feature to have is tha ability to save a “group” of widgets inside a layout builder as a reusable layout that we can use on other layout builders.
lets say that i have a Layout builder with lots of widgets and custom configuration just to llok good.
if i have to do the same thing in another page i don’t have de ability to copy the layout, so i have to do this over and over again.

i just realised that we have the ability to donwload the JSON and then re-upload it back on a diferent Layout builder.
it would be perfect if we could store them on the website in a new section “User Layouts” and reuse them like your “Layouts from template”.
But for now… i have my problem solved!!!

Unfortunately, this isn’t currently possible but, as you’ve seen, it’s possible to export (and clone posts/pages) so you can technically do this if you dedicate a post type to this. Regardless, I’ve marked this thread as a feature request. We often look through these threads to get ideas for what to add in our future updates. Hopefully, we’ll be able to add this in a future update.
