fault redirection can access admin login and dashboard

I made a mistake being wrong redirection source http://35.204.221.229/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2F35.204.221.229%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 towards http://35.204.221.229/?page_id=3000 and due to this can acces my admin log in i.e. reach the dashboard
How can I fix this ?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    How is the redirection being applied? Was it added via the Redirection plugin or manually via your htaccess file?

    Hello Adrew, the redirection is applied via the redirection plugin.
