I have the latest version of WordPress and your template Vantage. I can not open and edit summary plugins. A message appears:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_is_large_network() in /users/zalohovane/41123/jirihornek.cz/www/wp/wp-content/plugins/wpmu-plugin-stats/wpmu-plugin-stats.php on line 262

Hosting provider told me that I probably lacks some features or files. Not sure what the problem and how to solve it?

    Thanks for posting. Have you perhaps managed to resolve the issue? If not, does the problem resolve if you deactivate the plugin WPMU Plugin Stats?
