    Hi Hello.goa

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

The issue also looks like it might be related to edited theme files. You can try reinstalling Vantage to see if that fixes the issue.

    Hi Hello.goa

How did the plugin conflict test go?

    Hi,
Actually there was some virus in my folder on the server, so the server admin after scanning blocked my site & they din't inform me initially, later when i was not able to login from the back end i contacted the server administrator, he mailed me the list of files that were infected, i just deleted all the files from my server & reloaded the backup copy. it started working perfectly.
    Thanks for your prompt reply.
