External link not displaying after posting

Hi guys,

I seem to be having the same problem this person did a couple of years back.

External link doesn’t work

When ever I post a link to text on my site, once updated/published the link and the text disappears? I’ve read the above convocation but the solution didn’t seem to be identified.
