Exclude a link from mobile menu

Hi all,
i am using vantage mobile theme features and as you know that it creates a clean menu option which houses all the primary menu items.
I am using this theme with woocommerce and i have a plugin which shows a cart menu as part of the primary menu. Hence the mobile menu also includes the cart optiom/menu in the mobile responsive menu. I am trying to exclude this cart item from being included into the mobile menu. In fact it should stay outside the mobile menu because of obvious marketing reasons and be placed right alongside the mobile menu.
