Espresso calendar

By phil, 9 years ago. Last reply by Andrew Misplon, 9 years ago.

hi, first of all – how do i acquire our premium licence key please?

The person that initially set up the access etc has left the company and no-one can find the key.

Meanwhile, when using Espresso and specifically the calendar widget i can control the width by simply restricting within page builder. However the height is being distorted due to event information text imported from the actual event.

Is there any way to modify the imported text to perhaps just a heading or few lines? The hover to see full details however is great and we would wish to keep that.

Many thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi phil

If you have Vantage Premium installed you can find your order number under Settings > General at the bottom of that page in our order number field.

If you have access to the purchasing PayPal email address then you can retrieve your original order email here: https://siteorigin.com/orders/

If you confirm a page that Espresso calendar is being used on, I can take a look. But I’d image the plugin developers would need to assist with changing the feed. Altering the imported text would most likely be something they’d need to assist with.

hi Andrew, the general dashboard states WP4 Vantage Premium but the order code box is blank. The original purchase was not made by myself and as such I do not have access to the paypal account.
Can’t someone at ‘that end’ look up the order etc based on the registered name?

Re EE calendar, there is an item in the menu called “club – what’s on” and then a sub option of “what’s on – quick view” The sub option links to this page http://barclubroom.co.uk/?page_id=556

    Many thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

Sure, I can look orders up. Drop me a mail at [email protected] and let me know the name of the person that placed the order. We’ll need that or their PayPal registered email address.

Thanks for the calendar info. The information displayed there is under direct control of the plugin so, unfortunately, a solution will need to come from the plugin developers.
