Error Updating Page Builder. “Download Failed. Not found”

Hello,

I’m facing a problem for updating Page Builder to the 2.4.20 version in various websites. I’m getting a “download failed. not found” for https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/siteorigin-panels.2.4.20.zip.
Is it just me, or there is a general problem for updating?

    This is an issue a few people are seeing. It seems like there’s a problem with one or more of the download servers on WordPress.org. Can you try doing a manual update by downloading the latest file from the plugin page?

    Interestingly I get an error when I try to download:

    “This site can’t be reached

    The webpage at https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/siteorigin-panels.2.4.20.zip might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE”

    However, it still managed to bring up the download dialog box and I was able to download it. Very weird.

    Oh, I guess I should mention I was trying to download from the wordpress.org page you linked to, Greg. Not updating from within the admin area of my site.
