error caused by page bulider plugin

Hi,
I have suddenly started receiving the following error on my dashboard and the site itself –
Warning: preg_match(): Compilation failed: nothing to repeat at offset 1

I have deactivated each of the plugins in my site and only when I deactivated the page builder plug in the error disappeared,

would love your help on the issue.

    ok. succeeded in finding a fix – set the permalinks to default

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    Could you perhaps confirm:

    1. Are all plugins, themes and the WordPress core up to date?
    2. Did you try testing with all plugins de-activated except for Page Builder?
