Thanks for running Focus. Looks like you’ve resolved this now. All posts need a Featured Image added to display in the slider and thumbnails.

Hello Andrew, I sent a message yesterday and this morning regarding a similar problem (among others). My Home page is also empty, even though all my latests post have a featured image. The slider shows empty, and the 3 posts (with featured images) show below it. Please check http://www.salomevanzyl.com

I tried to see if the problem was the featured image size, as suggested here in the following link:

Then, I try to click on ‘HERE’ from the following note text
Note: If your featured image doesn’t appear after following the instructions above, please make sure that it meets the size requirements outlined here.
But once I try to click on ‘Here’, it just takes me to the same page with link:

Please help! I just need to fix this to start adding all the info to the website!!

thanks andrew!. Search and adapter an image for each video is quite annoying and did not know who need to do that. Now I’m looking for solution to the tumpnail play button, it disappears when I load the featured image … I wonder if the button has to be included in the featured image …

We were able to track this down to a slightly corrupt Focus Premium zip. If you track down your original order email and download/install Focus Premium from a fresh zip file, it should fix the issue.
You can also use this form if you can’t find your original order email.

thanks greg, already been used the file I received when I bought the focus theme to refresh (version 2.1.12), but play button still fails to display as in the free vesion 1.1.12.
