So I currently have some web pages embedded in a wordpress page because I couldn’t get the functionality like I wanted to. They work really well on browsers, but on mobile they get truncated and I’m not sure if there’s a way around it so they display fully. For reference I’m looking at this on an iPhone 6 plus, up-to-date, and it has a pretty big screen as is.
This is the code to see what I’m talking about…
<object data=http://eepurl.com/beYbn9 width="750" height="900"> <embed src=http://eepurl.com/beYbn9 width="750" height="900"> </embed> Error: Embedded data could not be displayed. </object>
I will add that it does display correctly when I flip the phone horizontal, but not when it’s vertical. I’m thinking there might be a way to add padding since it’s the sidebar widgets overcrowding the embed. I’m just not sure how to go about that in HTML.
Hi Jon
Can you try replacing these with standard iframes and see if that gives a better result? You can write up your own iframes or use an iframe plugin like this one:
