email optin form for vantage theme

Hi, I’m looking for a pop over opt in form of the sort that activates when leaving a page or the mouse pointer leaves the current active area.

There was one recommended in the tutorial that recommended the vantage theme but I can’t track it down in my notes.

    Please try this plugin, it will only popup once per session but anything more than that can be considered bad practice.
