Eliminate the space-Hero Image and Menu

Here is a screenshot of my issue.

I am trying to eliminate the space between the hero image and the title.

If there is a non-css related to solution I am open to that option as well.

On the left is what I have so far.

Hi Nnorton,
Unfortunately, we’re not too sure what is adding this spacing and without direct access to your website (which isn’t possible due to it being a local site) there’s no reliable way for us to find out. There are a few things we can try though. Can you please clarify what theme you’re using?
