Edit the Url attached to the social media icons in the footer (theme: Tesseract)

We have a new Google plus page and a new Youtube account.
The social media buttons in our footer have the old URL attached to them.
How do I update that link?

    Hi Tarafox,

    According to this video, please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Social and select the relavent social network settings group and adjust as desired.
