When I edit the page, it goes blank. I deactivated all plugins and reactivate one-by-one the plugins. I noticed that when I deactivate Page Builder(your plugin), having a blank edit page was fixed and then reactivated, issue reoccurs. How can you fix this issue, I have almost a 100 pages were using the Page Builder plugin. Need help on this please. By the way, I am using WordPress 4.3 running Graha Real Estate WP Theme.

This is most likely a PHP memory issue. Please, ask your hosts to increase the PHP memory available to WordPress to 256. Should do the trick.

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

This seems to be a complicated conflict between Layer Slider and Page Builder. I’m running Layer Slider and Page Builder side by side on one of my own sites and don’t have this problem. I tested with just Layer Slider and Page Builder running on Twenty Fourteen theme and the issue persists. So, unfortunately, at this stage, I don’t have a solution. For the moment you’d need to pick between one of the two plugins. Sorry, wish I had better news.
Howdy, I too am having this blank page page builder problerm… I changed PHP memory to 256M and this did not fix my problerm.. I deactivated Layer Slider and this did not fix my problem…I have reloade plugin page builder and changed my theme from Vantage to BE … still the problem with page builder persists. My WP is version 4.3 So nothing being stated here works for me.

Sorry to hear you’ve run into a problem.
We definitely haven’t change any user info. I did a lot of testing to uncover the plugin conflict, but, in the end left the plugin the way it was when I first logged in. I didn’t access the Users section at all.
