Duplicate h1 tags with text in hero picture in seo analysis reports

Hi everybody, sorry for my english but i hope you can understand my problem.

When i insert a hero picture with the widget of siteorigin widgets bundle complement and insert text with a h1-h2-h3 tags the text is duplicate in seo analisis like a seo quake or moz tools, in few words my website present duplicate content and it is bad for the SEO, only happend with the text in the picture and dont know how solve this, in the website all is smooth and is cool, but in all seo analysis this error appears, I think that is a bug but if you can help me to solve and i appreciate your answer.

when i use my text of example in the seo analysis appers 2 tags with the same content. and this is a big mistake for good seo on page.
