Drop Down Answers on questions in Faq

Hi,
I would like to have the questions in my FAQ page but with the answers hidden. I would like the answers to drop down below when the user clicks on the sentence of the question, . An example of this drop down function can be seen on www.massagesanctum.sg (FAQ section).
