Drag & Drop Not working

I have the Page Builder Plugin installed on my site and it was working great for a while. I am not sure what changed if it was an update, other plugin or something else but the drag and drop ability is not working. The cursor changes when I hover over a box but when I click, hold and try to move the box nothing happens it will not move. I have tried it on 2 different computers (both running Chrome) and have cleared out all cookies and cash. I have also deactivated and re-activated the plugin in hopes that could fix something. Any help would be awesome the plugin is a great way to easily edit the pages

    Found out the issue. It is some conflict with another plugin called our team ( http://wordpress.org/plugins/our-team-enhanced/ ) I have dontacted them to let them know of the issue with the drag and drop funcionality and I have put the plugin in this to ley you know of the issue.
