Double row styles

Why to add queues using Page Builder, getting 2 types of row styles. 1). Attributes | Theme | Layout | Design. On another page or products 2) Attributes | Layout | Design.
The case is that with the styles mentioned in case 1, the Theme option only allows “Enable Tile”, when a background image is set for the row. Row Styles 2, the Design option, allows you to select more facilities from the “Background image display” dialog box, which is how it should be.
Currently use: Theme (Vantage), plugins (Page Builder, SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle, WooCommerce, Livemesh SiteOrigin Widgets, SiteOrigin Widgets by Codelights and others). All updated with WordPress.
I have disabled the “Add Widgets Class” option on the “Widgets” tab of the Page Builder plugin, but the problem persists.
How is the problem solved ?.
I have very little knowledge of computer programming.
