    1. Please check there are no updates pending at Dashboard > Updates.
    2. Temporarily disable all non-SiteOrigin plugins, does the issue resolve? If so activate plugins individually to troubleshoot. Ref: https://siteorigin.com/troubleshooting/identifying-plugin-conflicts/

    It was a plugin named “Booking Calender” (http://wpbookingcalendar.com/demo/). After deactivating it, the problem disappeared.

    Super, glad you found the issue. Sorry to hear there is an issue there. At this stage we can only suggest that you consider an alternative. Page Builder does some rather exceptional things with widgets in non-widget ready areas and as a result not all plugins work with it – we are working on that though.
