    Hi Toan

Thanks very much for your feedback. Page Builder uses widgets in a way not always expected by plugin developers. As a result not all plugins are compatible. There is unfortunately no hotfix we can offer in these situations. All we can suggest is that you contact the plugin developer and ask them to get in touch with us if they need assistance in getting compatible with Page Builder. The plugin has a big reach that is expanding quickly so hopefully as it grows in popularity so will the compatible list of plugins.

This is tricky then. The Piklist developers seem unwilling to go to extra lengths to support PageBuilder, as they believe PageBuilder uses widgets in “the WordPress way”:

So I guess I need to choose between PageBuilder or Piklist :(

An unfortunate situation for sure. We’re a small team with with only one full time developer on Page Builder. We work super hard on the plugin but unfortunately, can’t always attend to plugin conflicts. In many/most cases work is required from the conflicting plugin’s team. Page Builder now has over half a million active installs. I’m sure as the plugin gains popularity we’ll see more and more developers get on board. We are already.

What this means for you now though is you won’t be able to use this widget in Page Builder. But as it doesn’t sound like an overall conflict you could still use Page Builder on other pages. Sorry we don’t have more.
