Disable current page backround and text color in vantage menue?

Hallo Support,
is there any way i can disable the current page color function in the menu?
The problem i have is that when i hover over the current page it dont use the hovertext color instead it keep the current page text color. I fixed this with setting the current page color the same as the hover color but i dont want a current page markup at all.
