Different spacing, same css and html

My home page http://anthonysimage.com/Wordpress_Site/
and, this page http://anthonysimage.com/Wordpress_Site/solutions/ use the same css and html for the div columns.The spacing on the home page is much more pleasant. Is there a way to achieve this on the rest of the pages where this code is used?
I am a premium user.
