Demo slider behind menu

Hello,

At first: Great Theme!

I’d like to use the demo slider. I changed the pictures but want to show the full slider,
without the top disappearing behind the horizontal menu. How can I remove the top of the slider from behind the menu?
Don’t like the Meta Slider plugin and please, I want to keep it simple. (if possible)
