Deactivating Plugins Does Not Help For Custom Page Turn On

Hi all,
I have been trying almost all the posts to fix my vantaga theme.
I have recognized that I first lost the icon widgets and later the non responsive custom page tun on update.
Could you please help me, because now I wanna delete and reinstall but this would be work around fir all of us
