database is disconnected

By davide mondin, 6 years ago. Last reply by Alex S, 6 years ago.

now is a month that I keep it under control, every Wednesday night the database is disconnected and the site is no longer visible, loading the appropriate plugins shows that within “wp-content / uploads / siteorigin-widgets” there are some modifications / changes. What and why Does it happen?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Davide,

The CSS Files in SiteOrigin Widgets will regenerate if the relevant widgets are altered or their stylesheets have somehow been removed. These changes aren’t dependent on the database so it’s very unlikely they’re related to the issue you’re facing. I would reach out to your hosting provider about this issue as it sounds like the max connections limit is being reached.
