Dashboard blank – no access to FTP or host. Please Help, Urgent!

I have created a site for a client and was just migrating it to their domain. My client does not want to share the hosting credentials, so we decided to make me an admin for their newly installed wordpress.

I used the All-In-One-WP-Migration plugin, but it froze upon import. When refreshing and logging back in, I was asked to activate the SiteOrigin plugins. After doing so everything was blank, there is nothing there, I can’t access ANYTHING.

So there is obviously a conflict with the plugins. But now what? The client NEEDS this site up and running ASAP and is pretty demanding. But I can’t access anything, not the WP dashboard, no FTP, no hosting, no nothing.

What on earth can I do?!

I would greatly GREATLY appreciate help, I am completely lost.

Thank you

Jennifer

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jennifer,

I’m very sorry about this but unfortunately, there’s nothing you can do. If you had FTP access you could remove SiteOrigin Page Builder (or enable WP_DEBUG and find the issue) but sadly that’s not possible if you don’t have access to the WordPress Dashboard.

I’m sorry, I wish there was something I could do to help. :(

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for the swift reply. I spoke to the hosting provider and got it all sorted out.

Btw is there a way to delete one’s own threads? I have a couple now that are just clutter.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Jennifer,

Awesome! Glad you were able to get this issue resolved! :)

Unfortunately, no, not at this time but I can remove them for you if you would like. What threads? Oh. I just saw we missed a couple of yours – are you still looking for answers for those?

    Hi Alex,

Thanks, no I think they can all go. I would need to go through them all to check if something’s still relevant and don’t really have the time.

Except for the newest one I just posted a few minutes ago about the pages not being visible when published (yet visible as drafts). I definitely still need assistance there! :)
