Customs CSS not working

Hello all,

I am sure this is not the first thread about issues with Customs CSS, but please help if you can.

So I am new to webpage development. I have installed Customs CSS plugin to my wordpress, it worked for few of my first themes, but when I installed ”Video theme by templatic”, css plugin does not let me do any changes to the theme, it is not even showing code.

Please advise what might be the issue.

    Hi Mo,

    This sounds like a compatibility issue. Can you please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustom CSS and click the visual editor button (the eye). Then can you please send me the contents of your console?

    Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.

    Hi Mo,

    This line is a sign of a plugin conflict:

    inspector.min.js?ver=1.1.2:1 Uncaught TypeError: e(…).on is not a function(…)

    To clarify, a stylesheet not being output won’t cause such an issue.

    I’ll log this as a compatibility issue. Could you please inform your theme developer about this issue also just in case they might have an idea what may be causing it.
