customizing meta slider

Hi,
Thank you for your good work.

I am trying to customize the meta slider. But when I add relevant css in your theme’s css editor, the css is always overwritten by metaslider’s own css. For example this selector is overwritten:

.metaslider .caption-wrap {
  width: 50%;
}

Is there a way to get around this simply? I like to avoid modifying css of the plugin or adding extra javascript code for changing the css.
